We are Carol Earner and Carol Swann, Directors of Phoenix Care At Home Ltd. A small and friendly care service, Phoenix Care At Home Ltd was set up in 2006. The office is based in Braunton, North Devon, and we cover the Braunton, Croyde, Georgeham, and some of Barnstaple areas.
The service provided is domiciliary care to any adult, taking into account their physical, mental, emotional, cultural and spiritual needs. Our aim is to enable the people who use our services to maintain their independence, with assistance, in their own home. We provide all aspects of care to meet individual needs to include assistance with personal care, meal preparation, shopping, domestic duties, sitting service to allow relatives or family a break, overnight care, even walking the dog.
We understand that our clients are the experts in their own situations, so when we complete a care assessment, it is with the clients input, preferences and wishes, as to the detail of their care plan, which is tailored for them.
Our service can be purchased through Direct Payments or Privately. We can also provide care to people staying in North Devon on holiday. For more information see our News Page.
